A little about me

Hi! My name is Camilla. My journey with cooking started at a young age, watching my mom prepare traditional Polish dishes for our family, while also introducing us to new cuisines and flavors. Always eager to help, I was given small jobs such as cutting dill from the garden, buttering a baking pan, or peeling potatoes. Over the years, I began developing my own recipes and my family became the taste testers. The kitchen has always been a place of comfort.

My love of food and curiosity about preventive health behaviors led me to the field of nutrition. I am a registered dietitian and received both my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Why own path kitchen?

I see food and cooking for others as a way to build meaningful connections— through sharing stories, learning about different cultures, culinary traditions, and celebrating the winding paths that shape us.

I’d love to hear from you… Email me!
